Future Neural Filter options can be found under the Wait List tab. By selecting the All Filters tab, you can see all current available options. Inside this panel, you can find all featured or beta neural filters in one place. You can download filters from the cloud and use them to start editing. If you want, you can even output the filter as an entirely new Photoshop document. You can save the output to the current layer or as a new unmasked or masked layer. ![]() Converting the current layer to a Smart Object allows you to apply those filters as an editable smart filter, which is the recommended option. The best method of output depends on your project goals. Adjust the sliders, add a mask, and enjoy the color harmony. The Harmonization filter looks at your reference image and applies its color and tone to any layer. ![]() Match the look of one Photoshop layer to another for natural-looking photo compositing. Focus points let you add more color to specific areas to fine-tune the filter. Designate which colors you want to appear in your capture, and Adobe Sensei will automatically fill the image. Quickly convert black-and-white photos to eye-popping color in a flash. Reverse the process with this filter and fine-tune it by adjusting the edge of your image with either a high, medium, or low level of blur. You may see artifacting (obvious visual anomalies) due to the compression algorithms used to reduce the file size. The more times you save a JPEG file, the more likely your image will look fuzzy or pixelated. Areas of the filterthat you paint in black are hidden areas you paint in white arevisible and areas you paint in shades of gray appear in variouslevels of transparency. Likelayer masks, you can paint on a filter mask. Like layer masks, filter masks are stored as alpha channels inthe Channels panel, and you can load their boundaries as a selection. (If you made a selectionbefore applying the Smart Filter, Photoshop displays the appropriate maskinstead of an empty mask on the Smart Filters line in the Layerspanel.)įilter masks work muchlike layer masks, and you can use many of the same techniques withthem. By default, this mask shows the entire filter effect. When you apply a Smart Filter to a Smart Object,Photoshop displays an empty (white) mask thumbnail on the SmartFilters line in the Layers panel under the Smart Object. ![]() (This technique also shows or hides Layer Style.) Or, choose Layers panel Options from the Layers panel menu, then select Expand New Effects in the dialog box. To expand or collapse the view of Smart Filters, click the triangle next to the Smart Filter icon, displayed to the right of the Smart Object layer in the Layers panel. Because you can adjust, remove, or hide Smart Filters, they are nondestructive. Smart Filters appear in the Layers panel below the Smart Object layer to which they are applied. Any filter applied to a Smart Object is a Smart Filter.
